You will receive:

• Firstly our Managing Director will inspect your project to offer advice and commence the documentation for estimating purposes.
• A detailed list of all the business elements that The Office Builders always provide to all clients.
• A scalable service to meet your requirements.
• A detailed proposal with several easy to follow attachments, clearly defining what has or has not been allowed.
• An itemised price structure so you can see exactly what every dollar is purchasing, organised to meet your time frame.
• A review meeting at your office, or ours, to determine the full allowances of the proposal so that you are clear on exactly what has been allowed, and why.
• An OH&S system for protection of both client and contractor staff.
• A dedicated Project Manager to look after your specific project.
• A project variation form, should there be alterations to the works outlining the pluses or minuses in costs. These variations will not commence until a signed document is received from the client, therefore always putting you in full control of the budget.
