We work on moderate to large interior construction and office fitout projects, ranging in size from 200sqm to 2000sqm. As a guide, these projects fall into the value range of $100,000 to $3 million.
Typically a start time on site would be two weeks from receiving your authorisation, including a signed contract and project deposit.

As with the design & quotation, the time required to construct your new offices will depend on the size and scope of works. Some furniture or fitout materials may need to be custom ordered; delivery times for these materials vary. When your proposal is presented to you, we will clearly indicate a construction timeframe, including any anticipated waiting times for delivery of materials or furniture, and we will do everything in our power to maintain that schedule – it’s in our interest as well as yours that we finish on time!

The cost of your office fitout will depend on the size and scope of works involved. However, once a project proposal is agreed upon, we guarantee there will be no variations to the cost, unless you request changes to the documented building scope of works and plans. If you are comparing quotes, carefully ensure that what you have received is the same in terms of specifications, materials and finish. The cheapest quote may not always be the best, and may end up costing more if you have to make further changes later on. Yes. The owner will need to be informed of the works and sign off on plans and specifications prior to works commencing.
Yes. We carry out full office refurbishments where the client continues to operate on site throughout the project. We take all necessary precautions to ensure all areas are made safe, enabling staff to confidently continue in their duties. All noisy works are carried out after hours to maintain a functional working environment.
Yes. We partner with Interior Designers and Architects that are experienced in office fitouts. We also supply consultancy services for BCA access and compliance, engineering services, Private Certifier for council approvals, air conditioning, fire protection, IT and telecommunications, relocation and any other consultancy services that may be required for a particular project. Permits Certificate of Design Compliance (CDC), Building Permit, Occupation Certificate, Change of Use are all items that may be required for your office fitout, alteration or refurbishment and we have experience with all of them.

We work with your in-house IT manager or your external consultants and service providers to establish your IT requirements. We manage the cabling works and integrate your service providers into the construction program to ensure your IT is up and running for hand over.
Yes. We are happy to accept your furniture selections from your preferred source. We also have several furniture suppliers. If you wish, you can visit their showrooms to view the range from which to make your selections, we can then organise the supply, delivery and installation.
Yes. We can organise a relocation service and ensure that everything arrives on time and is placed in position ready for you to start work the next day.
