Understanding. We believe having a clear understanding of your needs from the very beginning is vital to a successful project. This includes time frame (how long do you have until you need the work done?), budget (what can you realistically achieve?) and design (who takes responsibility for signing off on the final plans?).
Site Review. At this stage we take account of your specific construction needs, and anything unique to your location such as access arrangements and council requirements. All of this information is considered in your design and budget.
Design. The design process is all about our designers “painting a picture” on your blank canvas – your office space. Throughout the process we’ll keep you involved with detailed plans and images, colour samples and finish details. The goal is to create a long-lasting design, with as much “wow” factor as you desire. Importantly, your budget is considered carefully at this point, so we can be sure we deliver what we promise.
Budget. While the budget is discussed at every step of the process, at this point we’ll be able to provide a fully itemised proposal for construction. This will include an overall cost and an itemised list of trade and fixtures costs. And, of course, we guarantee there will be no variations to the cost, unless you request changes to the documented building scope of works and plans.
Build. When design and budget have been finalised, it’s time to build. This is usually the fastest stage of the process because by this time every problem has been resolved. Your Office Builders Project Manager will keep you up-to-date every step of the way, by providing a detailed construction programme and regular calls and written contact, plus structured meetings throughout the build.
Move in. On completion of construction, your premises will be thoroughly cleaned and ready for you to get back to business! Relocation services are available as a part of our overall service.
