Always, some times more than others, but we are always busy. How does that old saying go “want something done, ask a busy person”? - Do you only do commercial interiors?
Predominantly, yes, we specialise in commercial office interiors. However, we also have had a contract over the last 4 years upgrading independent living units in an aged care facility and have completed showrooms for Sharp Corporation Australia as well as teaching facilities for The Sydney University. - Do you design?
For very small projects we provide space plans in-house, but our preferred option is to work closely with architects and designers. If you don’t know any we are happy to make recommendations. - Is there a fee for design?
Like everything else that has a labour content, “yes” there is a fee.
For in-house work we will charge a small rate based on the number of hours we predict it will take to design the project. When we introduce architects or designers, we pass on their fee structure directly to you. - How soon can we expect a quote?
This fluctuates on a weekly basis depending on the volume of enquiries received in previous weeks.
The clearer your requirements are spelled out, the faster it is to provide you with an exact cost to undertake the work. Our Managing Director will ask you a series of questions when he meets with you to ensure a clear picture is formed of your requirements. - How fast can we start if successful?
We know that commercial office space is expensive and that once the lease negotiations are complete you want to use that space.
Generally we can commence on site within 2 weeks from acceptance as your preferred builder. Faster in some cases, depending on current project finishing dates.
