Andrew was contracted to completely refurbish an apartment in the Sydney suburb of Bondi. This apartment was housed within a high-rise complex at the beach side suburb and was in dire need of a facelift.
Andrew designed a beautiful modern space featuring black light fittings and flooring, white walls and beautiful marble panel through the kitchen and bathrooms. Our team were happy to once again provide Andrew and the team at Andrew Loader Design with high quality construction to bring his designs to life.
The apartment was striped back to bare walls and floors allowing us to completely transform the space. Demolition was completed in a short period of time to ensure minimal disturbance for others in the apartment complex. The project was completed within six weeks of starting onsite.
Both the designer and client were pleased with the final outcome.
