We've worked with First Focus before and were thrilled when they decided to contact us agin to help them refurbish their new location.
Working closely with the client’s interior designer we were given the task of changing certain areas of the existing fitout and bringing the space to life with colour and maintaining functionality.
This project involved the demolition and rebuilding of plasterboard and glass walls within the existing premises, along with all the associated works, such as painting, electrical & lighting, ceiling replacement, fire services, floor coverings, signage, window furnishings and joinery, required to complete the project.
Small changes were made by First Focus team throughout the fitout process which required close management of trades on site to ensure all the elements of the scope change were completed correctly, our onsite foreman ensured this was the case.
The finished project has a very contemporary look with green accents, planter boxes and plants, partially removing ceiling grid and painting the soffit black, along with an industrial edge polished concrete floor.
